Simple 

Two slices of whole grain white bread.

1 banana

1/2 avocado

Walnuts 1/4cup

Pinch of salt to taste

Enjoy!:) to make vegan use vegan bread!!!

 

Mushroom Burger Vegetarian.....

Hello Hello.. It has been for ever. I now live in San Antonio Texas.... I am Working on my comic blog and here is Simple way to make a vegetarian mushroom burger. You will have to leave out the egg and cheese to make it vegan.

1 egg
1/2 cup of flour
dash of olive oil
1/2 of finely chopped purple onion
1 container of chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of chives
1/2 cup of cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
What ever you like to spice it up.
mix together and fry it up in to patty's

Steals Deals and other Silly things

First was this Spiderman Comic I found at Half Price Books, It was cheap but There are Three other comics that Go with it. So it will be fun getting all Four =).

Second was This Cute little outfit I found at Target, The mall Had nothing That I did not already have some version of So I went with this. the shirt was 5.00 on clearance and to cute For words, And the shorts were 17.99 a nice rust color.

And then What I did find at the mall Was some smelly Goodness and Bath and Bodyworks, They had a sale on their travel size Items 3 for 10.00. Which Is a steal for them. I got Twilight woods, and Japanese cherry Blossom. I must say though that The twilight woods smells alot like enchanted Forest by bodycology. So either one works fine for me.
