new hair cut
So in line with life I decided to go for it today! Instead of the same aline long bob I always get. I got a scene/emo hair cut, Brought me back to the 90's look I once had before all the hair dye and Gothic black lol. I should try and get thos photos From My mom And scan them lol. I feel Pretty good. Then about Six years ago I started Dying My hair shades Of reds And from deep to lighter ones. I have decided to Go to my natural ash blond color. It suits me because its me. I am in a Great space Today. =)

The Travelers That You end up With in life.
For many years I traveled my path alone. In many ways I enjoyed it too. I find myself setting roots down. much like a dragonfly that fly's free it to wants To have some sense of others around. David and the Moewski Kitty Are that For me. In essence The have joined me in my travels. They Are now a part Of myself. Things Are evolving to New levels. Its a gift of love and light in my walk. New art coming soon. Night all. This journey is taking on new forms that I am just loving. The light Worker path has just begun.

It has been a Busy Summer. David and I are working Tons. And Moving into a new place. Smaller But Still nice and Will allow for us to save more money. So that Have that just in case savings. I have not drawn much this last month But after The move is final then it will be time to unpack those paints. Dragonfly is still Around. =)

Fake chicken Stir Fry..vegan
"Chicken" StirFry
1 bag of frozen Broccoli
1 bunch of fresh spinach
1 bag of vegan Chicken style Meal starter Or Tofu
1 cup of diced red onions
1 garlic clove diced
Italian seasoning
take garlic and diced onions cook in olive oil for five minutes or so.
then add Broccoli
and fake chicken and cook till done about 15 minutes
then add Italian Seasoning and spinach for a few minutes.
Add soy cheese if you want yummy.

update post
Something I realized this last week is no matter where you go there you are. of course we all know this. Words have odd things. Even sadder is what Places like youtube have become. But In the next month I will be uploading art and music videos. in other words my art with music. I have been really busy working so I have not up dated my blog in weeks. So I wanted to Touch base and say hello to you guys. I am Going to do this more often once I get a newer computer in the next few weeks. I will be using it to store my art and make videos. for here. Stevia And Cola Together at last =)


So The cola Is made By Safeway And Its Really Good. Its Better than Regular Soda And Well Diet Has Fake sugar Which Is not Good For you at all. So That was My find at midnight last night its About $2.49 For an 8 pack. Not to expensive for Soda. Granted its still bad for you but alittle less than other soda. Thanks Safeway lol!

pizza! pizza! Tomato Basil Vegetarian pizza
1boboli pizza crust or you can make your own

2 pieces of garlic Cloves
3 Ripe tomatos
fresh basil
soy mozzarella cheese I use veggie Shredds
Italian seasoning
cut the Tomatos Into slices and line the Pizza Crust. Instead of sauce, I used Fresh Tomatos
Sprinkle Italian Seasoning on the tomatos
take Chopped Basil and garlic and layer over tomatos.
Then Take soy mozzarella cheese and layer it on top on everything.
Bake at 350 for About 20 min.
and dig in.

Green pepper and Onion Tofu omelet
1/2 lbs Of tofu
Cut up Green peppers As many as you want
cut up onions As many as you want
Mild Salsa To top off
Seasoning
us as much or as little to your taste buds =)
pepper
Italian Seasoning
garlic powder
garlic salt
Take Tofu and fry in olive oil Till Golden color. During this time also add in spices to give the tofu Flavor that pops.
add in diced Peppers and Onions Depending on how crisp you like them. Top Of with salsa ans dig in. =)
My boyfriend Total meat eater really loved this for breakfast today =).

So With The Economy Being so bad. And I love Clothes. I have taken to Thrift Stores And Garage sales. Still learning but heres some things I found that I like =)

I am having fun learning about things. I have made a few mistakes, but all in all not to bad. The key is to dig and Check the Clothing. a lot of times Its like new or Brand new when I get the items. I will keep you posted on new finds. I have been looking at other peoples blogs very interesting. I am a newbie so Give me time =). This is A great way to save money and The earth all at the same time. =)

Green Apple Vegan Stir Fry
1green apple Cut And Diced
1stalk of red rhubarb
1 cup of baby carrots washed or how ever many you want
1/2 cup Of fresh cut green beans
a dash of Cinnamon
brown sugar about 2-3table spoons =)
Cooking time about 10-12 min on med high
Take Diced Green apple , rhubarb,carrots, and green beans and cook in Olive Oil For 5-6 minutes. Add a dash of Cinnamon and Brown sugar half way though to add flavor.
Cook and stir together For about 4 more minutes. And It should be done. I know the Combo Sounds odd. But it Tastes Great. And Is full of Flavor and Very Filling. You can Add to the amounts to make more servings. This Will Make about 2 servings With rice or with out. It is 100 percent vegan. =) have a great lunch.
