Green Apple Vegan Stir Fry

1green apple Cut And Diced
1stalk of red rhubarb
1 cup of baby carrots washed or how ever many you want
1/2 cup Of fresh cut green beans
a dash of Cinnamon
brown sugar about 2-3table spoons =)

Cooking time about 10-12 min on med high
Take Diced Green apple , rhubarb,carrots, and green beans and cook in Olive Oil For 5-6 minutes. Add a dash of Cinnamon and Brown sugar half way though to add flavor. 
Cook and stir together For about 4 more minutes. And It should be done. I know the Combo Sounds odd. But it Tastes Great. And Is full of Flavor and Very Filling. You can Add to the amounts to make more servings. This Will Make about 2 servings With rice or with out. It is 100 percent vegan. =) have a great lunch.
