Green pepper and Onion Tofu omelet




1/2 lbs Of tofu
Cut up Green peppers As many as you want
cut up onions As many as you want
Mild Salsa To top off
Seasoning  
us as much or as little to your taste buds =)
pepper
Italian Seasoning
garlic powder
garlic salt 


Take Tofu and fry in olive oil Till Golden color. During this time also add in spices to give the tofu Flavor that pops.
add in diced Peppers and Onions Depending on how crisp you like them. Top Of with salsa ans dig in. =)

My boyfriend Total meat eater really loved this for breakfast today =).
