Green pepper and Onion Tofu omelet




1/2 lbs Of tofu
Cut up Green peppers As many as you want
cut up onions As many as you want
Mild Salsa To top off
Seasoning  
us as much or as little to your taste buds =)
pepper
Italian Seasoning
garlic powder
garlic salt 


Take Tofu and fry in olive oil Till Golden color. During this time also add in spices to give the tofu Flavor that pops.
add in diced Peppers and Onions Depending on how crisp you like them. Top Of with salsa ans dig in. =)

My boyfriend Total meat eater really loved this for breakfast today =).

I am having fun learning about things. I have made a few mistakes, but all in all not to bad. The key is to dig and Check the Clothing. a lot of times Its like new or Brand new when I get the items. I will keep you posted on new finds. I have been looking at other peoples blogs very interesting. I am a newbie so Give me time =). This is A great way to save money and The earth all at the same time. =)

Green Apple Vegan Stir Fry

1green apple Cut And Diced
1stalk of red rhubarb
1 cup of baby carrots washed or how ever many you want
1/2 cup Of fresh cut green beans
a dash of Cinnamon
brown sugar about 2-3table spoons =)

Cooking time about 10-12 min on med high
Take Diced Green apple , rhubarb,carrots, and green beans and cook in Olive Oil For 5-6 minutes. Add a dash of Cinnamon and Brown sugar half way though to add flavor. 
Cook and stir together For about 4 more minutes. And It should be done. I know the Combo Sounds odd. But it Tastes Great. And Is full of Flavor and Very Filling. You can Add to the amounts to make more servings. This Will Make about 2 servings With rice or with out. It is 100 percent vegan. =) have a great lunch.
